I don't use McAfee, so I don't know how easy it is to do this with a screen reader. If you google or go to the McAfee site, they say you can turn off the anti-spam filter. You do this by clicking on Anti-Spam under Tasks, and then click Turn Off Anti-Spam.

I don't know if there is a separate email scanning tab in McAfee. If there is, you might find that option there. Invariably, the spam filters often catch good messages along with the garbage.
