It sounds like your are experiencing an embedded attachment. A quick test
to see if this is the problem is:

1. Forward the message to yourself, but before executing the send command,
complete the below steps.

2. Open the format menu on the ribbon.

3. Navigate to the Format Group. You will hear "hTML".

4. Use Down arrow to see which one is currently selected. Most likely it
is Rich Text, and this is the problem

5. Navigate back up to HTML and press Enter

6. Send the message.

Hopefully now when you open the forwarded message you will find the
attachment up in the header. I can't remember if there is a way to fix this
problem without having to go through this every time.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Attachments in Outlook 2010!

Hi All,

I have an on-going problem with jaws14 not pulling up the attachments list
in Outlook 2010. Even though there are attachments in Outlook jaws says,
"There are no attachments". I have come up with a kind of work-around in
that if I use keys, Shift + Tab it will jump me into the list of attachments
but I still can't get them open. Has anyone found this happening to them and
if so is there a fix for it.

Many thanks,

Paul.
