I am sorry but I need to write a post script to this message to better explain the problem in other ways.
This exact same problem exists in Word 2010 as well. It is not only in writing e-mail messages, but also when reading them which I have received, the control plus right and left arrow do not work. Reading Headers, fields, everything works perfectly, however. Hope this help you better to help me. Thank you very much.
