Al, you are correct that you can change the sort order without disabling virtual ribbons. However, you cannot do this with the key stroke combinations I gave the jaws user asking a question. I use jaws and do not use the virtual ribbons not May be you can give him the key combinations of how to do the reverse sort with the virtual ribbon enabled. John
