Hi Kimsen and all, I think I finally figured out what was going on with all you guy's help. When I went into the sort box I put in received and the ascending but in the next box there was something in there about auto. I went and looked at one of my other folders and in that box type it said none. So I went back and change the one box to receive and none in the next one. Now I think it is working correctly. I'll have to check it out after I get a few more email in that folder.
