MSSE is Windows Defender in Windows 8.1. As the Prego guy says "It's
already in d'ere".

i tried to install mseon my win 8.1 laptop and got the message – not
compatable already built into os. apparently, the built in mse has been
re-designed and there’s no need for third party AV
any thoughts? those using win8.1 have u installed any av?
