Just an update.. I think I opened a can of worms here, talk about confusing!
I managed to configure the account to Outlook and that was the easy part! It's all this other settings of making it look like what your use to that is confusing. Some of it is pretty straight forward, but there's other settings that like I never dealt with before and why do I need it for that I just as soon wasn't there.. Jaws seemed to perform very well, can't lay any blaim there. I am hoping I can import window's contacts into the Outlook address book or it does say contacts, so I am thinking I can import these?
