That never happened to me in 2010, which is lost on the computer that does not work, but, I have seen it a couple of times in 2007, on this laptop. Have seen it at work in 2007 also.
Does that help, I don't have a solution, at work I usually forward the message home or to my phone, at home I generally just delete and go on.
