Hi, I'm dealing with this annoying issue in my emails. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, JAWS 15 and Thunderbird 24.2.0. When reading emails, I hear this XWestern thing before any text of the email, on blank lines and such. When trying to demonstrate this problem to others by forwarding a message to them, they do not hear this. I've had my settings to read in HTML and Plain Text with the same results. It does not do this if reading messages with NVDA. Can anyone help please? It also did this with JAWS 14. Do I need to back Thunderbird back to a previous version, change a setting or am I just stuck with this? Thank you.
