If JAWS is running from system tray I don't believe this works, at least I did not see it in the list on my machine. Suggestions if running from the system tray?

Last night I found something that might allow some of you to let me know what's going on. I had to turn JAWS off and again when I tried to restart it, nothing happened. I activated NVDA so I could have some speech and focused on the JAWS14 icon on my desktop. When I would try to open it, I heard NVDA say "JFW is hidden". Can anyone tell me what I can do in order to solve this issue?
