Can someone from FS who is a member of the list perhaps explain the SMA structure. After a little investigation it seems that the SMA policy is applied differently in different countries, so does the dealer have a choice how he applies the policy. For example: in my country I wanted to upgrade from JFW v14 to v15 and the quote which I got had a further option to take one SMA which would entitle me to JFW V16. A friend in the US made a similar enquiry there and was told that one cannot upgrade from v14 to v15 and take just one SMA but that one must purchase V15 and then pay for 2 SMA's (V16 and V17). I hope someone can clear things up.
