custom dic? well now...lol Now that i have yall's attention um sort of anyways here, what is this FS reader for?

I went to: C:\Documents and Settings\Mike\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof\CUSTOM.DIC & this custom.dic file is empty. So, how do I know what dictionary my computers are using as the default &, if I install a 3rd party dictionary how would I assign it to be the dictionary used as the default? I hope I'm making sense!
