Well I found my problem with ie and yes it was ie 8 I needed the service pack 1 I would have thought it would updated everything when I loaded windows so windows update is working hard and sooner later it will see the need for service pack 1. How I figured it out I finaly got to download ie 11 and saved it and when I ran it it said I needed service pack one. What fun. Just think what we could do with our time if computers ran correctly.
