Hi Jorge, In most, if not all Microsoft applications when you perform a "save as", you have an option in that dialogue to browse for a location to save your document. Once you have selected a location, that usually becomes the default. So the next time you save something in the same application,it will be in the last location you saved something to. It is for this reason that I save everything to one location, and then move it later . HTH, Rick Justice
