Hi Jamie, I also made some folders and they were not showing up in my folder list in Outlook. I had someone come over and he went to the bottom of Outlook and click on something that made the folder show up in the list. You can try a ctrl+6 to see if that works. If that does not work I would call the Microsoft Disability line and they can help you resolve the problem. The number is 1-800-936-5900.
