Hi Janie, You didn't mention which version of Outlook so, give this a try. The following note I've saved is for Outlook 2007, maybe it'll help :

Or you could, alt+v=view, then press, letter A, letter m, letter s, now tab and choose ascending or descending, make sure you okay your way out. David Take care.
