Hi Janie,

You didn't mention which version of Outlook so, give this a try. The
following note I've saved is for Outlook 2007, maybe it'll help :

Subject: [JAWS-Users] how to sort outlook message so current messages willbe
at bottom and old messages at top

Hi, I want to sort my messages in outlook where the oldest ones will be at
the top and newest will be at the end of the list where I'll press home to
find oldest messages and end to find newest messages. I had it like that
until I experimented with sorting by subject and individual recipient. When
I put the arrangement back on date, it reversed the order of my messages
where the newest ones are at the top and oldest at the bottom and I want it
fixed back. Any help would be appreciated as this outlook uses different
words than outlook express did.
