I am just now heading out, but I believe you need to go to a word document and open the tools menu , then down to options, press enter and under the general controls,(use control tab to navigate between controls) tab through the dialogue and I believe there is a check box to allow sending word documents through the E mail program you use. I use Office 3 and office 10 but think it is similar to your office 7 word program. Sorry, got to run. Hope this helps. John
