Hi,
I tried turning off jaws and then restarting it but it goes back the
same way.
The next time it happens I will try pressing the control key several
times like you suggested.
I will let you know if it works the next time it happins.

Hi
It sounds like JAWS thinks one of your control keys is stuck as being
pressed. Try pressing and releasing each of the control keys several times.
If that doesn't help, you can shut down JAWS and then restart it rather than
rebooting.

Hi all using windows eight,
could someone tell me what to do when I accidentally press shift and control
and Jaws says setting key board layout and then after I gets all mixed up
and every time I hit the ult key to do something jaws says ult control
because it is mixed up.
so my question is how do I get it to work right again instead of having to
shut down the computer and restarting it again?
