and then to iTunes from there.

I just installed I Tunes on my PC.
When I checked "Programs and Features", I saw there were around 5

listings with either "Apple" or "I Tunes".
Do I need all of these?
I'm new to I Tunes and was looking for a place to buy/download mp3 music.
