I vote for Namecheap. Their site is quite accessible. The only issue I ever had with them, and it was probably an honest bug on their part is that at least with mine, they defaulted my domains to have their company info for all the contact fields, even though I explicitly unchecked who-is privacy. It was an easy enough fix, but with the new rules now requiring email confirmation now, this could be where to check if you don't receive the message you need to confirm.
