Go to

- and you'll find the RSS-type feed. In it, you will find the podcasts,
each an mp3 file, and each with a link to download the .mp3 given before
the title, on the line, and just after its 'open' link. the latest of
these, and first in the list, is the AutoFlash Updater podcast, and
demo'd, by Mr Dang. And yes, I did get to this page via the site address
given before.
