No, Jaws does not work when you enter the bios. You don't see these much, but there are some utilities put out by some computer and motherboard manufacturers that will let you access the bios through windows. Most are inaccessible, and those that are have very limited accessibility from my experience. Who knows though, this may have changed since the last time I looked into this. There used to be a pci card you could get called the weasel that would allow you to remotely control a computer from another. One of the features that it had was to allow access to the bios, but I've never seen this card in operation so can't speak as to how well it works. I'd be interested if they've come out with an alternative way for doing this.
