David,

I do not use Office 2007, I use 2003.

I have made my labels as follows:

1. open word type the address and select it
2. press alt t,e,e
3. check the boxes you want, I left return address unchecked, but checked
the full page of labels
4. tab to options...enter
5. choose from the drop down list of type of label, I picked Avery 81x60
6. tab to new document and enter
7. this puts my address into format of labels based on what I chose. As I
tab across, my address is on each label, so all I do now is print
8. I saved this, so when I need more labels, I just open the document and
print

hello there;

okay, if your talking about office 2007,

open MSWord;

now press the alt-key;
right arrow until you hear; mailings,

use the tab key you will hear;
envelopes,
tab again you hear;
labels, now press enter,
or you can press alt+m+l=labels.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Printing Address Labels

I cannot figure out how to do this in window's 7 as I did in xp.

I have Office 2003 and tons of Avery 81x60 labels, but the tools/options for
labels now with win 7, seems to be much different than that of xp, so I'm
stuck as to print address labels, can someone help?

Thanks,

Trish
