This is just a little bit of info for anyone who might encounter such issues as I have as of right now.
I had to suddenly shut down my laptop due to severe thunder, now that it's over, I turned it back on. It booted up as normal, but Jaws was in this authorization mode for some odd reason. I had to manually put in my key, but then it couldn't connect to FS server, just like it timed out or stalled on the next button and that just donked at me. So I rebooted, and I called FS and found out that possibly, the shut down didn't get shut down correctly or the reboot didn't reboot completely, or another possibility is, in my registry I need to run my key disk so that my laptop will recognize and might remember my key here and not think I'm only a demo user here. Lastly, as I was alt tabbing around to enter the key number, firewall was there, window's I mean giving me a message that it blocked some of this authorization process and giving me an allow or decline button. To my knowledge, I have never had that to pop up. I have not changed anything just press a hotkey setup for needing to shut down in a hurry here, which the laptop did. So just make sure your authorization key is showing should this happen to you, I've just about got mine memorized, lol Trish For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
