Pete,
You are on the right track, but somethings you cannot add & remove.
I had a problem one time removing "blank" lines and a symbol that didn't
want to go away.
Anyways, I ended up doing it the old fashion way.
It's a MS thing, I think...
Try typing in the tab key or 5 spaces, which equals one tab.
HTH,
Adios,
Jorge

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Removing Unwanted Tabs From A Word Document
Hi all.
I am trying to remove several unwanted tabs from a document someone sent me
recently.
I thought I could do it with Control+H before I realized I didn't know how
to convey to "Word" that I wanted to remove the tabs.
I am currently using MS Word 2007. Any help would be grately appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Pete
