Hello Liuda,

I am not sure if what you already tried is the same as what is shown below
but the following steps should work.

1. Press Alt+F.

2. Press Alt+T.

3. Use down arrow key to the Mail category.

4. Tab to the Signatures button and use spacebar.

5. Tab to the Select Signature to Edit box and use arrow keys to
select whichever signature you set as default.

6. Tab to the New Messages combo box and use up arrow to the top of
the list. "None" should be the selection.

7. Tab to the Replies/Forwards combo box and arrow up to None.

8. Tab to OK and use spacebar.

9. Tab to OK and use spacebar again.

When you start a new message there should be no signature showing.

If you do have a signature in a message and you want to change it just arrow
down on to the first line of the signature and use application key. Arrow
down and you will hear the various signatures you have set up. Press enter
key to replace the current signature with the one you want to use. Also, to
insert a signature from the ribbon use Alt followed by N followed by A
followed by S. You can then use arrow keys to make your choice and press
enter key.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Unwanted Signature - Outlook 2010

I am using Win 7 and Outlook 2010.

I have finally mastered creating signatures. However, I messed up a setting
which needs to be changed back to the way it was originally.

Now, on every new message, forwarded message and reply message, the same one
signature always appears at the end of my message.

I tried to say NONE but it doesn't stick.

What can I do to make it so this signature is no longer happening, but when
I wish to manually place one there, then that is possible.

Thank you.
