Control+ shift +a opens thunderbird's attachment window. Then you'll
need to identify the file you want by tabbing several times (depending
on which version of windows you are using) until you find it. Then
click on the file name. The next step is a leap of faith. Shift tab
will bring up a selected/not selected dialog. Arrow down to selected and
then press control + enter to send the email with the attachment.
Anyone knowing an easier, faster way is welcome to comment.

Hello JAWS Users,
Does anybody know how to send an attachment using Thunderbird latest
version?
I can open an attachment, but I want to know the keystrokes on sending
an attachment.
Any help would be appreciated.
