Hey,

You should be able to just go to Control Panel, then click on Personalization, and then click on Desktop Background, then the Browse button, browse to the location of your picture, click on the folder containing the picture, highlight the picture, then tab down to "OK" or "Save Changes." You can also choose how you want the picture positioned, I.e. fill the entire screen, in one of the corners, etc. That's it. I hope this helps you out.
