Okay, according to what someone wrote in, this is what I did. I selected an email and did control C. Then selected another email and press insert windows key and c. Nothing happened; isn't it supposed to say something. I continued on anyway selecting another email and doing the insert windows key c keystroke. Then I pasted it into a word document and the only thing that was there was the original email I copied. So what is wrong here? Judy & Tallie
