I know there is a way to vertically align the text on a page, but I do not
remember how to do this in Word 2007.  Matter of fact, maybe I haven't had
to do this since Word 2003.    You might want to do a google search for
keyboard command for vertically centering text Word 2007.

Short of counting lines and dividing by 2 to get the middle line number, I
can not think of a way.
