Not necessarily, I also have a keyboard which is the same way and after having someone sighted look at it, it is labeled as an F/N key. When I had to use that keyboard, I just got used to using Shift + F10. Needless to say I don't use that keyboard anymore, but I may look into the documentation later to see if that key can be re-assigned, but I don't re-call it coming with any software.
