I don't know if the Jaws 13 will or will not work with your Office Outlook Complete & E-mail if you have the complete package 2013. I can tell you I am using the complete package which Microsoft Help station center offered their services and converted me from 2003 to.. They said too that the best result for their program was Jaws 15 latest release. Which was two back and with the two newest I have had no issues. Just a matter getting use to the ribbons. For an old fart as me it works grand! With the cheat sheet from the list info and the trainer I had paid to come here.
