I don't like all the different voices JAWS uses. So I configure all the
voice aliases to be the same. But there are a couple of different voices
JAWS uses for which I cannot figure out which alias to modify.
When I focus on an object such as a list view or tree view, JAWS reads
the value of that object as I prefer. But, when it names the type of
object it is (list view or tree view, for example), it uses a higher
pitched voice. What alias controls JAWS announcement of the object type,
specifically, as distinct from the value of that object?
Thanks.
