Hi Jorge: I am not sure what problems you had with Office 2010 or outlook 2010 64 bit processor, but I am using both on a 64 bit machine and 64 bit versions of both programs. I am using JAWS14 version 9002. HTH,

I had the option to install the 32 X or the 64X. But the 32X was compatible with the 64 machine. And would work better with all your other programs better than the 64X. Also, in the future the website said, that you can change from the 32X to the 64X installation. The download was fast, that I didn't even realize it happen. The only way I found out is because I checked the programs & services. I saw it there, so I remove the 2007 out. I find that Outlook is working better for now. Man, just take the download, there is a large numbers of members on 2013. So, whenever FS sends out the new upgrade, you'll be ahead of the game with 2013. I was looking at either installing Office 2013 or 2014, so I contacted FS Tech Support about it. See their response below. I am interested in hearing from folks if FS has overcome the limitations in Office 2013 or 2014. ***FS Response to my Question**** From: Grant Downey [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Freedom Scientific Technical Support Sent: Friday, March 07, 2014 6:04 PM Subject: RE: JAWS and Latest MS Office Hello Gary: Thank you for contacting Freedom Scientific Support. JAWS 15 supports Office 2013. However Microsoft did not put the accessibility in 2013 that customers are used to in earlier versions of Office. We are working with Microsoft to solve these issues. But, when you use Office 2013, you can expect some difficulty. We would recommend Office 2010 at the present time. If you need to use Office 2013, it is as accessible as it can be under the circumstances, but not like prior versions of Office. We are working with Microsoft to resolve these issues. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of leonard morris Sent: Monday, April 28, 2014 8:14 PM To: jaws Subject: [JAWS-Users] installing office 2013 I will be receiving office 2013.
