I kept trying to update, but everytime I reboot my computer the message
comes up again. I have no idea what the problem could be. I'm using Windows
7.

Hi Jim,
What works for me is pressing the keystrroke, Alt + S, 2 times to get the
download saved into my default download folder. HTH
