Hi all, Not only is Flor's suggestion a good one, when using a laptop, the laptop keyboard interface is probably best when using alongside jaws. <Smile>.
When using the laptop keyboard the Capslock key is substituted for the JawsKey which is also known as the Insert key. The FN key should not be relied on to substitute for Jaws commands as the FN key is often used for many other features of the laptop and can make unexpected changes to the computer when used in a manner other than the manufacturer intended. To familiarize yourself with the use of the Capslock key on your laptop, simply turn on Jaws help with Insert+1. You can now press any Capslock+keyboard command to determine how it behaves on a laptop.
