Personally, if it meets your needs, I'd keep it. I don't know of a version 2006, I suspect it is 2007.

If you do decide to update to 2010, this is the version of Outlook that added ribbons as was present in the 2007 versions of Word, Excel, etc. ----- Original Message ----- From: "shoshana hathaway" <[email protected]>

Hi, I finally found the information on the version of Outlook I'm using, and
it looks like it's Outlook 2006.  If I update to the latest version;
1. Will it cost me anything? (I don't think so, but I'd like to be sure)
2. Will I have to reconfigure everything, like set up new folders, rules,
and stuff?
3. Will I be able to retain all the emails I've saved in folders on my
current version?
4. Does 2010 have changes that will make it worth the trouble?

I can live happily with what I have, but one is always curious. I'm using
Windows 7 ultima and JAWS 14 (still).
