I had to rebuild my w7, which I use the WLM on and since doing so I cannot
click on email addresses in an email, nor can I send web pages or links

when in email, hit alt + I, then arrow down to attach file, hit space bar,
hit tab 7 times, right arrow to documents, enter, tab twice to your file,
