Again, try another hotkey just for kicks. If it works at least you know you 
can attach a hotkey. You can then go on to trying to figure out why your 
specific hotkey is not working. Windows might have grabbed it for something 
else. Though you may ultimately figure this out, you will have spent hours 
on this problem when it is ultimately a simple 10-second fix--assign another 
hotkey.

The reason it is specifying Office 15 is because Office labels it's suite 
using 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 15.0 etc. Read the following for more details:
