Lauren, Not sure if your question was answered but this should get you headed in the right direction. From your inbox, press alt key and arrow left once. I'm using JAWS virtual ribbons so if not it will be different for you. Arrow left to file tab. Arrow down once and hit enter on backstage view. Tab right once to add button then hit spacebar and fill in the info it asks for. Best, Al
