Hello Mario, When in the open Dialog box use tab key until you find where headers are shown. When you find the headers use right or left arrow key until you find the Name header and press spacebar. This should reverse the order according to name. In Windows 8.1 the headers are found between the file list view and the file name. I think that is the same for Windows 7.
