The key combination is the same in XP thru Windows 7, only the name of the utility has changed, as follows: Windows XP, Windows key + the letter U, opens the Utility Manager. Alt +the letter N, starts Narrator.
Windows Vista and Windows 7, Windows key + the letter U, opens the Ease of Access center Alt + the letter N, starts Narrator. I believe the Keystroke for Windows 8 is Windows key + Enter to start Narrator. I don't know what they call the utility in that version of Windows.
