Hi, whenever I plug in a memory stick or flash drive into the usb port, it will announce what it is i.e. removal drive I or whatever drive it is. It then says "open with windows explorer" and I press enter and it opens and you can arrow through your list of files. If it doesn't announce "open with windows explorer" then just arrow up or down through your list of options until you find it and hit enter. Then, as has been said already, use Control and A to select everything, control C to copy to the clipboard and then paste it wherever you want it to go. Hope this helps. Hth Judy & Tallie
