I don't know if this is related or not because I run McAfee and that is what pops up when I click on the green button. It takes me to McAfee Safety advisor where I can read more. It does not seem linked to Internet Explorer, but I could be wrong and if I am then I am sure or rather I am confident that someone on the list will pop up with the correct information.
