Flor, right now my free time is extremely limited.  I have no time
whatsoever to learn a new program, unfortunately.  If I were as computer
savvy as you are, then this would probably not be an issue.

Another alternative you could have tried, or could try if the event reoccurs
in the future, use Firefox instead of IE.
