Hi Marilyn,
Try the following to find out if your system is 32 or 64 bit: & below
these
steps are the download links for both 32 & 64 bit systems.
1. Press, WindowsKey + Pause, to open system properties.
2. Route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor, Insert + Numpad minus /
Jaws
cursor key.
3. Press your page-up key to take the cursor to the top of the page.
4. Arrow down 1 line at a time. Jaws will report XP or Windows7 but,
if
it's Windows7 keep arrowing down to find out if it's 32 or 64 bit. If
it's
a 32 bit system you might hear something like X86.
Another way to find out:
1. Press your Windows Key to open the start menu.
2. Go to Programs or All Programs & press enter.
3. Press enter on Accessories & arrow down to system tools & press
enter.
4. Arrow down to System Information, press enter, tab 1 time, & you
should
hear what OS you are running. You can also arrow down this list to
find out
more information about your computer.
Below are the direct download links for both the 32 & 64 bit versions
of J15
latest, J15.0.10026:

64 Bit Systems:

HTH
Take care.
