Hi Everyone, I am running latest build of JAWS 15 on a Windows 8 laptop (HP Envy). It has started crashing frequently. JAWS crashes are nothing new but when this happens, I just dump and reload JAWS and keep going. However, three or four times in the last couple days, speech has stopped and a JAWS dump and reload did not work. I also couldn't start Narrator or WindowEyes. I ended up just turning the computer off and back on. When it did this just a few minutes ago, before I turned the computer off, I got my daughter, who is sited, to look at it. She said that there were two mice on the screen. One was frozen and one would move but you couldn't click on anything with it and keyboard input had no effect. Does anyone have any ideas about what may be going on?
