You can download a free video file converter such as Prism from NCH
Software, and convert the .aug files to another format like .mp4 which is
compatible with Windows Media Player.

I downloaded the .ogg code from the JAWS Users programs page so that .ogg
movies would play on WMP. It doesn't work with version 12, so what can I do
