I figured that, so I did. But the initial call wasn't helpful. The 
conclusion was that the keyboard became worn out, but upon trying it in 
another computer, the keyboard worked just fine. so I reconnected it to my 
main pc and all is okay... but it wasn't determined what the problem really 
was.

Hi Mario, my recommendation would be to call FS tech support about this, if 
I new, I’d be more than happy to help you, but unfortunitly, I don’t and I 
don’t want to screw up your machine, by trying to troubleshoot the issue.
