Hi Trish, After opening Adobe Reader from your desktop / start menu shortcut & invoking the, Control + K, keystroke to open preferences, go to the, Security Enhanced tab, Enable Protected Mode at startup, should be unchecked. Now, I'm stuck, I have 3 choices to pick as follows: open with protective mode disabled always open with protectivemode disabled do not open with protectived mode disabled Which one of these should I choose?
